Coconut Palace

It was a great privilege for us that we were able to visit the Office of the Vice-President of The Philipines, Mr. Jejomar Binay at Coconut Palace.  The Coconut Palace, also known as Tahanang Pilipino (Filipino Home), is the official residence and principal workplace of the Vice President of the Philippines. Located at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, in Pasay, south of Manila, it was commissioned by former First Lady Imelda Marcos for Pope John Paul II's visit in 1981.

Candy Land

Welcome to Candy Land! I know some of you will think that this theme is for little kids only but I'll stop you right there. Katy Perry had her concert and Teenage Dream music video with the Candy Land Theme. I mean who wouldn't? Its cute, colorful, fun and well.. cute!! Honestly speaking, my love for Candy Land theme goes way back to Barbie and other cartoons before, and now especially from Katy Perry. One thing you should know about me is that I still have this childlike thinking and personality (I still enjoy watching Barbie movies and going to toy stores where they display pinkish stuffs like Hello Kitty, Barbie dolls, accessories and etc.) And recently, pastel colors are the in thing now. Pastel clothes, nail colors, they're everywhere! So when I was asked to head this event, I grabbed the opportunity to have the theme Candy Land and I was very happy they agreed to it. This has really been my dream. Since I can't have this anymore for my 18th birthday coz Im already 20, at least this event made my wish a reality. Of course, A big thank you to Simple Wishes for this very nice Candy Land Backdrop.

Birthday Lunch @ Lantaw Busay

My most awaited day in August ( which is my birthday) has finally arrived.

We've always wanted to eat in Lantaw but we could not find the right time because of our busy schedules but on my birthday we finally ate there, and it was amazing, worth waiting for.

I chose to have a simple celebration on my 20th birthday( I know its not that obvious) HAHA. Ej and I had our romantic (charluungs) lunch at Lantaw. I really love the view and the ambiance of the place. The food was just alright,

enough to satisfy our hungry stomachs and they also have a very friendly staff. Most people would prefer going there at dinner time because of how the city lights would add a romantic ambiance, but he preferred to have lunch there instead, so that we may be able to see the city and the surrounding environment clearly, not in the dark and blurred tiny lights.

We truly enjoyed our lunch and Thanks to Lantaw for this wonderful experience. You too! Should visit this wonderful place!
