Cut and Style!

When Camille Co posted on her Instagram that she will be coming here in Cebu last December, I was really excited that I might get the chance to see her in person so I always followed her IG posts then one day Kryz Uy posted that they will be giving out 15 VIP passes to meet and greet them during the launching of Islands Souvenirs Cut and Style at SM City Cebu Northwing this January. And me being so desperate to see them, I joined the contest and luckily I won, so unexpectedly. I cannot express my happiness seeing the 2 of them in person. I actually met and talked to them and they were so nice and kind.( HAHA feeling blogger/fan mode lang ang peg). I just can’t stop staring at them especially they were just standing right in front on me.

Then a week after, there was this another event for their Cut and Style Fashion Show featuring Laureen Uy and Kryz Uy ( unfortunately Camille Co wasn't there, sayang! it could have been so nice if she was there to complete the show). I immediately dragged my friends to watch with me. hehe! So happy to have them! They were  so supportive of me as an obsessed fanatic of these bloggers.

 Kryz Uy,Camille Co and Laureen Uy are the 3 top fashion bloggers in the Philippines which are also the new ambassadress of Islands Souvenirs Cut and Style!

Thank you Islands Souvenirs for this great experience and opportunity and for bringing us here in Cebu my 3 top favorite bloggers. This day is really one of my unforgettable moments in my life that I will cherish it for the rest of my life. ( Charness! but so true)

Viva Pit Senyor!

If your holiday doesn’t end in New Year and you are still excited for an event that is called “Sinulog”, then you must be a true blood Cebuano. We are not just excited to watch the Mardi Gras, street parties but the real reason why we are celebrating this festival is because just like Christmas, we are honouring Sto. Nino, the child Jesus. Before enjoying all these activities for Sinulog like the pageant Miss Cebu, Sinulog Idol street parties in Baseline, etc., we would also participate in religious activities like going to church to attend the 9 day novena mass, the fluvial and the street procession. In a way we are preparing, sacrificing and giving thanks to Señor Sto. Nino for all the blessings we received and for protecting us inspite of all the calamities we experienced recently.

So the day has finally come where all of us were too excited to wear the Sinulog shirt that we bought and not to mention to go to Baseline. When I asked my friends where did they stay during Sinulog and majority of them will answer ”Baseline”. It was indeed another great and spectacular Sinulog for me. I really enjoyed partying in Baseline with my friends and those random people I met and greeted me ”Pit Senyor” while putting facepaint on me. People there in Baseline were really kind, nice and we all just wanted to have fun. Congrats to Spectrum for bringing this kind of party in the city. It was really awesome, no wonder why people get excited for the next Sinulog to come. You guys are the best : ))) Until now, I still have Sinulog hangover.

 But let us keep in mind that the only reason why we are celebrating this, is because we give thanks and honor to Sto. Nino! Viva Pit Senyor! : )))))

Which is Which

A lot of new places to shop and eat in the City of Manila.

 SM Aura, a shopping mall located along McKinley Parkway and C5 Road cor. 26th St., Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines, owned by SM Prime Holdings. They have high-end boutiques for you to shop like Uniqlo, F21, Bershka, Dorothy Perkins, Yves Rocher France and many more.

Hollywood celebrity Sarah Jessica Parker also graced the blessing during their opening last May 2013 and she also cut the ribbon for The SM Store, as well as being the newest endorser for their "Love to Shop" campaign.

I just love how my mom is very supportive when it comes to picture taking to the point she would direct me how and where to pose! HAHA Stage-mother! : )

One of the Japanese Restaurants I love is Yabu. I was able to know this through Dani Barreto because she was also blogging about how great their Japanese foods are, so when I saw this in SM Aura, I immediately grabbed my mom and asked to eat here.Yabu, House of Katsu is known for creating perfect Katsu.

I also enjoyed reading their menu and the brief history of Katsu and Yabu.

Everyone was excited for Christmas vacation, well who doesn't want break from school,right?!!!
But I know its too late for me to post this since tomorrow is back to school. Back to reality!

I spent my Christmas vacation there in Manila and it felt good to be with my mom and my sister. One of the things I like to do when I'm there is visiting places like their malls, tourist spots, restaurants and all other things that is not in Cebu and plus if I can see local celebrities and the bloggers which I admire so much.You know Im just curious how do they look like in person.

We spent our Christmas eve with The Bacolods! It was good seeing the clan. You know, I am their special guest since I came from Cebu and you know the traditional exchanging gifts from my aunts and cousins. After a long time, I got the chance to celebrate Christmas eve with them again.
